How do I track my order?
1. Order Status Page:
We automatically generate an order status page for each order. This page provides details about your order, including its status (e.g., pending, fulfilled, shipped), shipping information, and tracking number (if available).
You can access this page through a link included in the order confirmation email or the "Thank You" page after completing your purchase.
2. Email Notifications:
You are sent an email notification when an order is placed and when it's fulfilled.
These emails include a link to the order status page.
When an order is fulfilled, the email notification will include the tracking number and a link to track the shipment with the carrier.

Unfortunately because each of our items comes from a different supplier, combining cards and merchandise, or different categories of merchandise, does not result in any savings.
The applicable discount(s) will be automatically calculated at Checkout and reflected in your TOTAL.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Production and shipping times vary by item. Your Production and Shipping time can be found in the PRODUCT DETAILS section of each item you ordered.
Can I change my order once it’s placed?
Unfortunately no. In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, your order is sent into production when it’s placed.
Can I return or exchange my cards once I see them?
- Unfortunately no. Every card is custom-produced when ordered. However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we can offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 calendar days of product delivery date.
- To submit a request for a reprint or return, complete the “REPRINT or REFUND REQUEST” Submission Form and provide a clear photo showing the item and the issue. The form will ask for your ORDER #, the item NAME, PRICE and Date of Delivery.(Order # and Item Name can be found on the Order Confirmation emailed to you.) When completed, attach your photo and CLICK SUBMIT. DO NOT FORGET the photo. Without it, we cannot submit your request to the printer.
- For either a REPRINT or REFUND, you do not need to return the defective item.
- We will notify you once we’ve heard from the printer, and let you know if the reprint/refund was approved. If approved as a REFUND, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If a REPRINT is approved, it will go into production immediately and the item’s same shipping guidelines will apply. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@thruglennslens.org.

Why are some cards blank and some have messages?
Because we are all different! Some people have said that they “aren’t good with words” and don’t know what to say to comfort or support a friend or loved one. So we create cards, written by someone who has personally experienced the relevant emotion, to help say it for them. In a way that will be well-received. And though our greeting cards can express an appropriate sentiment, there is still plenty of room for you to add your personal touch to it. Think of us as a “thought starter.”
Others know exactly what they want to say and just need a beautiful “package” in which to express it all. So we created our DIY blank notecard sets.
Either way, we have something that can help and encourage anyone to connect with their “people” when they are hurting or could just use a little support and friendly “hello.” Our world is sorely in need of those moments of connection.
I like your photographs. Can I get a custom order?
Absolutely!
- Any greeting card in our GRIEF and EMPATHY Collections can be purchased without words.
- Any photo on the website can be ordered as an UNFRAMED PRINT for your home or office.

How can my son or daughter apply for your Scholarship?
All of the information you need to understand WHO is eligible, WHAT needs to be done, and WHEN the application must be submitted can be found in the Scholarship section of our website.
